Supplier Spotlight: LM Video
Today we see the third instalment of our Supplier Spotlight series which focuses on the people and the companies behind the success that is the Scottish wedding industry.
Many times in the past few years we have heard many horror stories surrounding no shows at weddings or companies disappearing into the dead of night. But we at Planning My Scottish Wedding are still very proud of our industry here in bonnie Scotland. Our industry is unique and Scotland is still the best place in the whole wide world to get married.
We continue to celebrate the many great wedding suppliers that make up our industry, and today we meet Lee MacLeod, the man behind the camera at LM Video!!
Your wedding is unique and unrepeatable, perhaps the most important day of your life. You want to be able to remember every detail and relive your memories time after time. That is what you get with a professionally produced wedding video. After talking with many brides that use the Planning My Scottish Wedding platform, time and time again I am told that their biggest wedding day regret is to not book a videographer.
LM Video focus on capturing your memories of your big day from a perspective you cannot have and creates a video that is original and personalised to you.
Lee has 10 years of experience behind him and is very imaginative when it comes to editing. His organisation and passion for the job really comes across in the creativity of the shots he takes on the day.
Summer or winter weddings?
Is there a difference in Scotland? I would say Summer but you can get some lovely footage in adverse weather in the winter. Snow creates a winter wonderland which can be nice to shoot in.
Capricorn – seemingly I’m a stubborn goat – thankfully I don’t believe in that as I’m very laid back
Any celeb weddings?
No, not yet but I’m working up to it!
Biggest regret about your wedding?
My speeches, I never prepared anything and froze on the main stage. Annoys me every time I watch it, so I advise future grooms and best men. Prepare something and don’t do what I did.
If you were prime minister/ruler of the world what laws would you make?
Stop homelessness and poverty and look after people.
If you were a super hero what powers would you have?
I think I already have invisibility – I can move around at weddings recording the special moments without being obtrusive.
If you would like an invisible goat to capture your big day in video, don’t hesitate to contact Lee at LM Video through his website. www.lmvideo.co.uk
